Established in 1994 in accordance with Palestinian laws and regulations, Palestine Real Estate Investment Company (PRICO) is a limited liability public shareholding company. In 2007 PRICO registered a subsidiary company in Jerusalem, (PRICO Jerusalem) as well as a subsidiary in Jordan (PRICO Jordan) to invest in Real Estate projects in the Holy City, and Amman- Jordan.
The Head Office is in Ramallah, Palestine, and the regional office is in Amman, Jordan; PRICO, also has offices in Gaza, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem.
PRICO has a paid- in capital of JD 48,576,000 ( Forty Eight Million Five hundred & Seventy Six Thousand Jordanian Dinars) and has employees and labor force of 600.
PRICO thrives to revive the Palestinian Economy through construction, development and investments in the real estate industry and land acquisition.
